Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:A cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, or similar)
USDC on Arbitrum network
Basic understanding of perpetual futures trading (Read Core Concepts)
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

Visit Owly
Go to app.owly.fi

Click Connect
Click the “Connect Wallet” button in the top right corner.

Select Wallet
Choose your wallet provider and approve the connection.

Sign Message
Sign the authentication message to verify ownership.
Step 2: Create a Sub-Account
Your copy trading funds will be held in a dedicated Hyperliquid sub-account. Learn more about accounts.1
Navigate to Portfolio
Click on “My Portfolio” in the navigation menu.

Create Sub-Account
Click “Create Sub-Account” and follow the prompts.

Name Your Account
Give your sub-account a descriptive name (e.g., “Copy Trading 1”).
Step 3: Deposit Funds

Get Deposit Address
Click “Deposit” on your sub-account card.

Transfer USDC
Send USDC from your wallet to the displayed address on Arbitrum.

Confirm Deposit
Wait for the transaction to confirm (usually 1-2 minutes).
Step 4: Start Copy Trading

Browse Traders
Go to the “Discovery” page to explore available traders.

Analyze Performance
Review trader statistics, ROI, and risk metrics.

Click Copy
Select a trader and click “Start Copy Trading”.

Configure Settings
Set your copy ratio and risk parameters, including the new Portfolio Stop Loss/Take Profit.

Confirm
Review and confirm to start copying.
